Apple’s AirPods are some of the most popular true wireless earbuds, thanks largely to their quick connect feature, which makes connecting to an iOS or macOS device a breeze. This is in contrast to regular Bluetooth headphones, whose connections may not be as fast or reliable.
However, Lenovo believes they can challenge Apple and have since introduced their newest pair of true wireless earbuds in the form of the Lenovo Smart Wireless Earbuds. These earbuds feature Lenovo’s Smart Pair technology, which allows the earbuds to instantly connect to devices by simply opening the case.
Speaking of cases, the charging case that contains the earbuds gives users up to 28 hours of total battery life, with each charge providing around 7 hours of listening time. The earbuds are also pretty light at 4.2 grams per earbud, so you can wear them for long periods of time without feeling tired.
There is also Lenovo’s Enhanced Multipoint Technology, which can connect the earbuds to a PC or a phone at the same time and switch between audio sources depending on the current scenario. The earbuds also have 11mm dynamic drivers and are IPX4 rated so exercising with them and sweating shouldn’t be a problem.
The Lenovo Smart Wireless Earbuds are reasonably priced at $ 99.99 and will be available in the third quarter of 2021.
