Honor has been quite active since parting with Huawei. Just last month we saw the company launch their new Honor 50 with an impressive camera design, and it seems the surprises don’t stop there, as a recent leak suggests the new Honor Magic 3 is over will have a double selfie camera.

We’ll be getting new Honor devices soon. The company recently announced that it will host an event on August 12th to officially showcase its new Honor Magic 3. There isn’t a lot of information about the new device or devices as rumor has it that we could get a new foldable smartphone during the same event too.

The company recently teased the upcoming Honor Magic 3 in a couple of official promo videos, but none of them gave us a lot of clues as to what to expect. However, a new video on Weibo reveals that the new smartphone will arrive with a dual selfie camera in a pill-shaped punchhole placed in the top left of the display. We also see a clear separation between the two visible camera lenses, which leads us to suspect that we could also get a ToF 3D sensor for better face recognition.

The video is an ad running on CCTV5 supporting Chinese athletes competing in the upcoming Tokyo Olympics. That 20-second clip also reveals we’re going to get a curved display and the placement of the device’s apparent volume rocker and power button, both of which are on the right.

We also expect the new Honor Magic 3 to feature the latest Qualcomm Snapdragon 888 Plus processor, which would make it one of the first devices to hit the market with this new chip. In addition, the new Honor Magic 3 could also support 66 W wired fast charging or up to 100 W wired fast charging and 50 W wireless fast charging in the Pro version.
