This TCL 43S421 smart TV is usually around $ 400, but you can buy it for $ 170 less. At that price, it’s a third the cost of the TCL 6 series, one of our favorite TVs in terms of quality and value. Given the specs, we don’t expect the 4-series to be on the same level of performance as the higher-end TCL models, but if you’re looking for a backup set for the guest room or den, it is worth a look. Check out our review of the 2019 version of the 4-series here.

This flat vacuum robot makes daily cleaning a breeze by preventing animal fur, dust and dirt from building up on your floors: perfect when the allergy season is back. The scratch-resistant roller brush protects your hard floors and can sweep dirt off your carpet at the same time. Use Alexa, the Google Assistant voice control, the included app, or the remote control to program cleaning the way you want. The disadvantage? This Eureka robot is still using random navigation instead of smart mapping to clean your house. It should be great for small spaces, but it can be tricky in larger homes.

This 10 liter air fryer with 1,700 watts also serves as a worktop, roaster, toaster and dehydrator. The size makes it perfect for cooking for a whole family. The PowerXL Vortex is big enough to cook whole chickens, bake cakes, fry onion rings and even make homemade pizza with little or no cooking oil. The bonus: you can keep an eye on your masterpiece through the small window.

The Roku Premiere (formerly Premiere Plus) supports HD, 4K and HDR content from all major streaming services. It includes app control of the Roku, a physical remote with voice control, and adds thousands of streaming channels such as Apple TV Plus, Netflix, Disney Plus, and HBO Max to your TV. The Roku premiere debuted for $ 50 in 2018 and has now dropped its price to $ 34 for Memorial Day. It’s still lacking 802.11ac Wi-Fi, but the simple plug-and-play setup and easy remote control could be great features for any not-so-tech-savvy relative.

Ride this 36-volt Hyper E-Ride electric mountain bike in style on Memorial Day. This 26 inch hybrid bike with electric assistance is perfect if you want to try your hand at e-bikes without breaking the bank. The integrated flush-mounted battery charges in 4 hours and lasts around 32 km, perfect for a quick trip through the city. We haven’t rated this model yet, but most reviews online are positive, praising its ease of setup and ride, although some warn against riding it on particularly uneven trails despite being advertised as a mountain bike.
